Keri-Ann, having an event is so motivating! A vacation sounds like a fun motivator! One of my favorite quotes is "You can't outrun a bad diet." It reminds me that I can exercise all I want, but I can't let my eating cancel it out. Meal prepping is a great support as is cutting out sugar! Sugar can be hard but it's worth it! You got this!

I joined to try a different kind of challenge. But the big 'why' is that I am going to take a vacation mid October where you site see riding a bike for 5 days and I would love to be a little lighter on that bike. I would love to lose weight around my stomach but I don't get to pick where it comes off! :smile:
