I buy the beef jerky from Costco . I love almonds and nuts but I try to use it for garnish since it’s so caloric and not that filling if I have only 10 almonds .

I keep it simple since I don’t cook a ton. Greek yogurt or cottage cheese with seasonings as a veggie dip, or with fruit .
Hard boiled egg with a slice of cheese or hummus.
Protein powder made into a dip for fruit
