Weekend Snacking is the hardest for me to overcome. It’s like a reward for doing well during the week, a way to relax and a way to treat myself. Just a bad habit and a bad routine. This week I didn’t buy the “bad” snacks so I did do better.

Stuck with it yesterday and resisted all the sweets yesterday even with so much peer pressure 😁. My health is more important than eating junk foods. Let's do this 😁

Yes my husband filled the fridge with Pina colada and asked if we want poutine for supper lol. Resisted it all! One day at a time
