Two days in a row of good snacking and no dessert. Which doesn’t sound like much but it’s what I have to do to get in better healthier shape. My motivation is more energy and less pounds to carry on the treadmill. Day two!

Really need accountability for losing weight!! Approaching 40 years old and the scale keeps going up up up. Time to turn this around!!

Jumping in for accountability! I just got back into better habits about a month and a half ago but need to do better on the snacking. I drink plenty of water, I’m on the treadmill moving and walking the dogs in the evening. But the snacking is my focus for this round. I want to lose weight so exercise doesn’t feel like a busted can of biscuits trying to make it on the treadmill. Here’s to the first step!

Sounds like you definitely have some great habits established already, Jessica! Keep it up and you'll get there!

I feel ya on the “busted can of biscuits!”
