  • I cut a few hundred calories from a favorite takeout meal today by making a few small swaps. Totally satiated and so delicious!
    12 piece grilled nugget meal —> 8 piece
    Large fry —> medium fry
    Chick-fil-a sauce —> ketchup
    Diet Coke (always)

Water first and have plenty of healthy items available for me to eat. Sometimes I think oooo that sounds yummy. But how will I actually feel afterwards. Yucky, guilty?? Being sure that I will fully enjoy that item. Trust yourself don’t test yourself:blush:

Easter will be a bit hard. But, I’m making a roast and roasted Brussels sprouts and that’s what I’ll be eating. My girls will be eating the cake and candies. lol. Trying to find a good pair of walking shoes, not having a lot of luck. My daughter with Down syndrome wants to start walking again, which is motivating me to start walking, too.

Focus on eating more protein. I have a 1 year old who is a terrible sleeper and I always reach for carbs when I’m tired! I need to be better!
