Took a break from the gym last couple days. Sick! I know it had to be from the gym. Was working from home last week. Ugh I have to be better about wiping down BEFORE, not just after. And need to carry with me antibacterial gel. Everyone is sick!

Went on a cruise a couple of weeks ago. Did not diet or track calories. Just enjoyed myself with friends and family. Paid for it with weight gain but now down to my pre-cruise weight. Time to get back on track to make next goal. Wish me luck!!

  • I have already hit round 4, but am worried about my other shorter games. This month is going to be rough!!!

    It's weird to consider that I am getting close to goal weight and won't be able to join in the DietBet games. I compete in many types of WayBetter games like strength training, steps, and mental health so there will always be something for me to join!

Yeah, I might do one, it's to stay within a certain. Number of pounds in the time period. I am not at goal weight, but have surgery coming up next month...so...I won't be able to workout...for a while. I will try y doing it through just diet though...
