  • How did I win back less than what I put in?
    I did this bet as a way of committing and not losing money. I could have achieved this on my own and not had to worry about losing out on my hard working cash. I’m a single mom and I expected at least my money back. I’m very disappointed. I’ve had dietbet since 2020, this is the only game this has happened to me. I won’t be playing any more games.

Drinking an ok amount of water, combined with less carbs and no salty food is the easiest way to drop water weight quickly. If you are able to include an hour of cardio in that plan, that could further push you along.

Assuming you have a fair bit of water weight there is no reason why you cannot lose 1-2 kg in water weight over a day.

Personally I reached the goal monday last week but I carbed up too much during the weekend and ended up +2kg above it again. Took a quick 48h water fast and dropped 3.5kg. Well under the goal. 2kg Dropped the first 24h to give you an idea. The two last days I have just stuck to a no salty food/protein rich diet to maintain which is working fine :-)

Thanks everyone! I was a pound away 4 days an ago … thought I was good. I gained two pounds some how. Now I’m 1.3 away. I will do the above for tomorrow’s weigh in see what happens.

  • It's been sooo hard for me to lose weight lately! I've lost my last two diet bets even, and I'm determined this time. I've done juice cleanses before inspired by Joe Cross (5 days, 10 days, and 24 days), so I'm finishing this DB up with juice and broth! This is my breakfast, and I plan on having bone broth for lunch. I have 2 more pounds to go! Sending strength to everyone who is close. We can do this!
