Getting my 30 minutes of exercise in each day. I have also upped by water intake. I usually drank maybe 16 oz. Have increased to 48. Anyone have any ideas on how to maintain drinking just water?

I lost my mother yesterday. She was a terminal cancer patient. Working to distract myself. Today was a walk in the nearby park, Illinois Has gorgeous summer weather today. Feeling peaceful today.
