Day 3 done! ✅ Not so sure if I’m going to love leg days 3 days a week but we will see how that goes. 😂

Also, anyone else hit their 4% already? Just me? ? Unfortunately, my weigh in on Sunday was on the first day of my monthly “friend” so I was way up, thanks to the 5 or so pounds I always gain right before. But now I gotta maintain it for the rest of the month…but I want to lose much more than the 4%, so it’s a good start anyway! Maybe I’ll give myself a goal of 10% for this month. LOL!

I am close because I ate horrifically the weekend I weighed in on vacation with only running as my exercise. So I'm about halfway there.

I know, right? I’ve already hit my 4% thanks to the fact that my weigh in was on day 1 of my monthly…I always gain, like, 5lbs right at the beginning and then lose it right away! :joy: But now I have to maintain that the rest of the month which means extra focus.
