  • I am starting late but have changed up my routine this month. Incorporating more protein before my workouts and intermittent fasting. These bets are great, but do anyone else seem to keep losing the same weight. I always binge after weighing in, at the end of the games 😭. hoping this month is different. My goal is more self-control after each bet it over.

You should look at a Transformer. It's a 6-month game with the goal of losing 10% of your body weight. Transformers keep me honest over the period of the game and I'm less likely to fail when it's over.

Thanks for this! :relaxed: My scale didn’t move for 4 days. Ugh. But then this morning dropped 3 lbs. :sweat_smile: I’ve noticed when I exercise I actually hold water in my body so usually it’s the day after a rest day that I show a loss.

  • Made hummus today and enjoyed my raw veggies with it. Found this recipe and really like it. I used canned beans and just topped it with roasted pistachios. So good!

I love making homemade hummus and never knew how easy it is in a food processor! It’s just a few ingredients, too. I did a comparison of a bunch of recipes and actually like canned chickpeas best! So easy and yummy!
