- I am starting late but have changed up my routine this month. Incorporating more protein before my workouts and intermittent fasting. These bets are great, but do anyone else seem to keep losing the same weight. I always binge after weighing in, at the end of the games 😭. hoping this month is different. My goal is more self-control after each bet it over.
