Oh okay thanks for that information. I don’t know Michael Mosley I will look him up :). I’m not good at fasting at all. If I try to, I end up eating EVERYTING in sight during my eating window.

I tried fasting once & couldn’t do it. Now I just eat while being mindful of my calorie intake and that’s been working.

My weight has been see-sawing the last few days. Even if I don’t win, I’m planning on joining the 2-month game next because this bet has helped keep me focused and honest with myself about what I eat and drink each day.

And I still win either way because I’m down into the 160’s—territory I haven’t visited since I had Covid in 2020. And this time I lost weight without getting sick.

Good luck, everybody! Every pound lost is a victory.
