Well, I didn't hit my goal weight, but I have gained muscle. I can see more definition all over, especially in my shoulders and legs. My clothes fit better. So I am calling this a win. 2.5 pounds lost and muscle definition gained is good enough for me. ?

I've been sick all week, but I did do three of the workouts and tried to eat well. Didn't have much of an appetite, but I ate healthy when I did. I felt well enough to go for a walk outside and go to my taekwondo class yesterday. I think the fresh air helped. ?
