Injured my ankle last week so exercising has been off the cards, even standing upright on the scales to get a weigh in photo was challenging - my foot looks awkward and discoloured šš. Iāve felt so rubbish and sluggish this last week not being able to go for walks and exercise so my aim for this week is to get in the pool and swim as much as I can to try and get some low impact exercise in. And to track everything I eat on Nutracheck because Iāve just fallen off the wagon with it this week! Good luck to everyone this next round, weāve got this š
