Hello! I am officially .2 pounds away from goal! I highly attribute starting 75 hard last week to my success! I am going to crush it this week and finish strong! If you are stuck at a plateau like I was maybe incorporating more exercise and adjusting your calorie intake will work for you too!

    I’m about to host my very first DietBet challenge, and I’d love to invite you to join me.

My partner just told me that his mom wants us all (I’m assuming us, parents, brothers, and sisters-in-law) to hit up a local water park next week. I’ve never really been uncomfortable wearing a bathing suit in public, and I’ve already lost about 50 lbs in my journey, but I’m definitely still the largest person in the group. Going to spend this week in service of my goals then treat myself to a cute new (more parent friendly) suit before we go!

Great workout and good question. Weekends are always the hardest. I still try to eat enought fruits, veg and drink enough water and then move a lot. If I am really watching it, I make sure to order a salad with protein (what I eat most days of the week at lunch) instead of a sandwich- to avoid some carbs. I still try to mindfully add in a favorite meal or treat and really try to enjoy it and clean up the dishes right away and get it out of my sight. :)

Joined a DietBet last month and lost for the 1st time. :-( had done it previously, years ago, and always met my goal. So trying again even heavier than last time and doing a cleanse this week. Hopeful this time I’ll beat my goal! 🙏?
