I love my under armour sports bras… I worked out in sweat pants and a t-shirt today lol but I also did it at home.

This applies to women as well as men. Back in the day, when I used to train endurance athletes, the mantra is "cotton is rotten". If you sweat alot or do a lot of movement stay away from cotton. When it is damp, it is like sandpaper. Also, when it is damp it is colder in cold weather and warmer in hot weather. The opposite of what you want. Stick to the synthetics.

I know I'm a little behind, but just committing again to a dietbet has helped me clean up my nutrition and feel so good! I know I have to really dial it in to reach end goal, but the support of community and challenges really help
