I don’t drink already, but really need to get better with water- that will be my biggest challenge.
I’ve recently fallen in love with moving my body- so I’m excited for 45 minutes a day! In terms of eating- going to focus on Whole Foods & NO fast food during this challenge!! (Super challenging as a mom of active/busy kiddos, just need to plan better)
