  • Sausage, potato and corn chowder for a late lunch/early dinner tonight. I use beef kielbasa for the sausage, but a turkey sausage would also work to lower calories. 2 cups of my recipe is 370 calories and 8 WW points.

Soup season!!!! I just made a veggie quinoa!

12 oz beef Kilbasa
1 lb potatoes
1 chopped onion
1 bag frozen corn
2Tbsp jarred minced garlic
3 Tbsp flour
1 tsp dry thyme
4 cups chicken broth
1/3 cup fat free half and half

I slice the sausage and cut the potatoes and onions and put all the ingredients except the half and half in the crock pot on low for 6-8 hours. I stir in the half and half just before serving.

  • I’ve been keeping it low carb this go-round because that has worked really well for me in the past & is working very well now!
    Here’s a chicken crust pizza I made…it’s actually BLT but I don’t have a pic with the fixings on it. Tomatoes from my garden…I feel like such a great homemaker!

That looks so good!! ? I love chicken crust pizza, it’s such a smart swap and so filling. And the fact you used your own garden tomatoes makes it even better you are a great homemaker!
