This looks delicious, Yalda! Emotional eating can be really difficult. I find that redirecting my mind can be helpful - drink a big glass of cold water, tidy up a room for 5 minutes (often leads to more!), chew some gum or have a mint, journal, go for a walk, etc. You are doing great!

Excited to get started in this latest challenge and getting inspiration from this group! A main goal I have is working on consistently eating whole foods and less processed foods!

Cutting out processed foods is how I made my last DB goals!! It's SO MUCH EASIER once you do a purge of your kitchen, because then I didn't have any temptations around me. Good luck!

    I’m for sure an exercise in the morning person! It’s way too easy for me to get caught up with life stuff in the evenings so I have to make the mornings a priority to me.

    How about you? Morning or evening workouts? Probably a better question is before or after work?

Agree! Once I get up and exercise in the morning it helps my day so much to be more positive. Just gotta get out of bed!
