Hi everyone, I had been a very active person up until a few years ago. When I came down with covid, it unfortunately knocked me off the wagon for many years. I have since gained 40 lb and lost a lot of my athletic abilities. So, here I am! I've been this heavy before and I was able to become fit and I know I can do it again. I just need to motivate myself to get started. And money is always a good motivator!

Same. My all woman's gym also closed down a week after getting covid in 2022. Lowest weight 168lbs highest 218lbs. We can do it!

@HeatherB… I play tennis and PB and when I do that I get 13-15000 steps. My goal is to incorporate strength training 3x a week.
