  • Starting photo is from when I joined a Transformer on January 15. Second photo was from yesterday. I don’t see much difference in the mirror but comparing these pictures I can see my face and neck are thinner. And my middle section. The teal top is stretched tight and the white tank is looser but the bulge is smaller. My calves (and cankles) look thinner but that can vary daily as they are prone to swelling. But they haven’t been that much lately. The main thing is I feel a lot better.

Yay, Jo! That's such a great habit! I've noticed on the days where I can walk in the morning vs evening, I do better eating-wise....like I don't want to waste those burned calories! lol!

I’ve stopped snacking every time my kid is snacking and hope to keep that going! I tell myself he’s a growing boy I’m full grown and I don’t need a snack right now lol

Im in the same situation. I met my goal. In fact, I'm under one pound. That's too close for comfort. Next will be the test. Eat healthy. Exercise. Believe!
