Well that a rough week. My wifes grandma passed away and on our way to her parents house me, my wife, and our 2 young daughters got t boned by someone running a red light. Luckily everyone is doing fine physically but it was the scariest thing that has ever happened. Please make sure your kids car seats and your seat belts are always on properly and stay off your phones while driving. It could have been 1,000x worse so we are very grateful. Time to enjoy the dietbet win with a well deserved night out!

I made my weight for this challenge. With a day to spare. Heaviest 240.2lbs to 179.1lbs. I still have 10 more lbs to go to get to my goal.

I won’t meet my goal but I am so pleased with the progress I’ve made this month! 8 pounds down and feeling like I can actually do this this time!
