Trust the process! I find I'll fluctuate in a 3 lb range for a week or so, and then one morning I'm down 2 or 3 lbs below my last lowest weigh-in. Keep your water going, too!

I have been doing it first thing in the morning before work. I’m usually too tired after work and my likeliness of completing a workout goes way down the later in the day it gets. Also, I was able to stay motivated at a time where all my friends at work would stay after work and do a quick 30 minute workout video before heading home. We did a beach body program together. So doing it with friends also helps! Good luck!

Exercising is fun with support from my children. I don’t know what I do without them. They keep pushing me to do more as they join in in the jump ropes, mountain climbers making sure our target is met. Thank you too to DietBet community, you’re simply amazing.
