Anyone else do the Conqueror challenges? Loving them so far and pretty inexpensive. Currently 300 miles into the Great Barrier Reef! Already knocked out all the Star Wars ones 😂

Gabbie, for these I just juiced half a cucumber, half a green apple, and half a lemon… then poured in a little coconut water when it was all juiced. :)

    Weekends can be a challenge to get your workouts in so you need to have a plan to hit your goals! Plan for a workout one day if you can and if you can’t, plan for moving more than usual.

    It’s easy to get into a rut with your workouts and movement. This weekend, make a concentrated effort to change it up just a little. Put on a YouTube video and dance with your kids or pets or by yourself. There are so many options out there, you can choose what works best for you.

    Most importantly, have fun with it and share what you did :)

I do so good when I am at work, so during the week, I am great. The weekend is when I seem to falter. I am going to try to keep my diet where it needs to be for this 3 day weekend coming up.

  • Need to firm up my yoga and weight lifting routine. Been mall walking 5 x per week so that’s good and food plan is going good too. Will be creating a consistent checkin schedule too. Because I always do best if I engage with this DietBet community consistently. How’s everyone’s progress coming along?

Nice :) down two pounds and that’s with being on my cycle so I’ll take that win. Joined a StepBet to do at the same time. Next week I’ll actively get going with strength days. Also back to focusing on nutrition (despite going out last night to a speakeasy haha)
