Happy Monday and Happy Day 1!
Welcome everyone! If you haven’t already, please introduce yourself. We’re in this together for the next four weeks, so let’s get to know one another, keep each other accountable and celebrate all the successes!
On this first day, take a moment to set some specific and achievable goals –
• Are you going to increase your water intake by a certain number of ounces?
• Are you going to workout/walk a certain number times a week?
• Are you going to start tracking your food intake?
Whatever your target goals may be, the key is to have a plan and write it down. Put your plan on a sticky-note on your mirror, let us know your plan or make it a screensaver on your phone. Whatever works for you is what's going to work for you :)
Is your plan in place? What are you focusing on? Keep it simple and stay consistent – YOU CAN DO THIS!
