Like the way U eat. I HAD forgotten how good pomegranate is. My mom used to peal under water. I buy in little cup. I DO ALREADY get Chobani 20g. I’m going for highest bang for the bite.

Retired from teaching, took on a side gig that involves a LOT of time on the computer. Quit exercising on a regular basis. Imagine that....gained a bunch of weight! :O Who'da thunk it. :( Time to get back on track. Here we go. <3

  • This is my obsession. Rice cakes, nonfat Greek yogurt, frozen raspberries, and honey. I eat this twice a day once for breakfast and later for dessert. 188 calories and very filling!

  • Not what I had packed for lunch. I ended up out at lunch. So I had orange chicken with super greens. For dinner, I had the bell pepper sandwich I had packed for lunch and an apple.
    Had a few unhealthy snacks as well today. But feeling pretty good!

I make mine simple. The bell pepper is the "bread," and I add mayo, meat, and cheese. I have also done tuna.
