You just won’t get to share in the pot for that round. You continue on.

The only exception is your have to weight in at the end of round 5 (and be at least 6% down) to compete in round 6 (the big pot).

  • Weekend Mindset Check

  • Ugh, I was doing ok but went the wrong way on the scale again. Have almost 5 lb to lose by end of round, and it's a short month 😔 been eating in the evenings again. Need to figure out curbing those nibbles while putting away supper and prepping kids lunches. Snacking while I do evening routine is my cryptonite. Working full time plus side job, horses and 4 kids keeps me too busy to eat unhealthy the rest of the time lol

That is the hardest for me too! A friend suggested changing the habits… like going for a brief walk after dinner instead of sitting to watch tv. It just rewrites the patterns.
