60 ounces of plain water and with the rest of my fluids that equates - 130 ounces
Breakfast:
Coffee and 15 oz sugar free almond milk
1 designer whey protein shake w/16 oz almond milk and 1 tablespoon collagen
Lunch:
3 eggs
10 ounces cooked spinach
Dinner
6 eggs
1 protein shake
16 ounces hot sleepy time tea
Dry fast in the afternoon thru the night until weigh in tomorrow morning.
