I sit my phone on a surface facing me and use the timer and go hop back on the scale. Or I’ll use my Apple Watch to start the timer and set it on the counter

Feeling overwhelmed this round, I stopped drinking alcohol for “Dry January”, as well as have increased my step goal. I’m eating more in turn, I lost a good chunk just the first week and now sitting at the same weight since the 8th. I thought the alcohol was my biggest issue weight wise, but clearly I have a lot more work to do. :(

I always gain more weight when I don't drink alcohol. For some reason I'm bored and eat more than instead. Alcohol is not your enemy, it's your friend :joy:
