AMAZING! I'm sure you feel A LOT better too.
That microwave reference is CRAZY.
In fact, I've told my daughter that I can't walk that fast, I'm carrying SIX 13-pound bowling balls! WEIRD to imagine 6 heavy bowling balls attached to my body, especially around my middle, but it's closer to the truth than I like to admit or think about.
These challenges are helping me to get rid of these "bowling balls"!
