Spartan 21K Beast completed! After 9hrs of hiking the slopes of Mountain Creek Resort in Vernon,NJ and ascending to the summit more times than I remember, we made it to the finish line. Was grueling but so worth it!

Another tough workout completed and this time with a brother in law.

At a cabin in the mountains with family this weekend and the goal was to make it to the summit. 3.4miles up and back with 790' of elevation was a great workout. Prepping for a Spartan 20K Beast next weekend in NJ. #bodyarmorflashiv#spyderathletic

Completed my first Spartan 5k obstacle course race yesterday in Charlotte NC. Was a wonderful experience to be part of the Spartan family and help each other overcome the obstacles and cross the finish line!

So I decided to do a thing while I'm on this journey and signed up to try and complete the Spartan Trifecta this year. My first race is a 5k in 39 days. Training for the obstacles is intense but I am excited. #nopainnogain

Just a tech tip for anyone who doesn't have a full length mirror. Most android device have a setting on front facing camera that allows you to trip the shutter timer by showing your palm. This allows you to set up a full body frame and then trigger the camera remotely. Works super well.
