  • Anyone else feel like the math isn't mathing?

If you won round 1-5 your total win was $144.51.

637 people won round 5 which is a mandatory requirement for getting to round 6.

Round 6 pot was $141,640. Take out the 25% fee and it's $106,230.

If everyone that won round 5 maintained and won round 6 the split would be $166.76. for a total of $311.27.

But we are well below that at $297.80. Where did the extra $8,584.27 go?

I'm really good at math. Like really really good. But before we start we should understand that winning round 5 was not mandatory. It was mandatory to lose 6% by round 5. So people who lost round 5 could still win round 6. With that out of the way, do we still need to do the math or does it math now?

Jacque S.

While 637 people won round 5, it doesn’t tell you how many people were eligible to win round 6. Keep in mind you don’t have to win round 5 to win round 6, so there might have been people close but not there yet at round 5. And with the goal being the same, it could be more people that won round 6 than round 5 with motivation to get there the last month. Just thought I would add that, as an unknown in the calculations. Congrats on losing the weight!!!

  • 🌺 Happy Monday, Aloha Transformer Crew! 🌺

The energy in this game is incredible! I hope you're off to a solid start. If you haven't already, now is the perfect time to set yourself up for success.

    ✨ A Simple Formula:
Set Your Goals > Make a Plan > Do the Work > Crush Your Goals

Take a few minutes today to choose one or two personal goals and write down a simple plan for the week. Writing it out (even in your notes app!) makes follow-through much more likely.

    💡 Keep it simple:
    Plan meals or snacks
    Schedule workouts
Set a daily water or movement goal

    💬 Let’s talk:
What’s one goal you’re focusing on this week and how do you plan to make it happen?

We’re cheering you on every step of the way.

Drink more water!

I'm staying away from all processed foods by planning my meals ahead of time. Another goal is 30 minutes of exercise each morning, making that work by planning out my day. Seems easier when you have things planned.

We've got this!!

Yes Melissa! Let’s kick this year off well even if not all of us started healthy habits on January 1st. Let’s hold our heads up high together and not look back, because that is not where we are going or who we are (becoming) anymore.

Tomorrow is a travel day, 6 hours in the car with 2 littles. Part of this clinical trail my daughter is in has had weekly check-ins required for the first 8 weeks. We have two more of this intensive travel. Next week week is an overnight. After that we go to once a month.

I already plan on packing some protein shakes as I have been replacing one meal a day. I also have some smart food popcorn packed. Does anyone have any other suggestions for eating healthy while traveling?

I’m really trying to avoid the usual stop of Burger King that the rest of the family picks for lunch on travel days.

We have monthly 7 hour (one way) road trips. I bought a snackle box from Wal-Mart last year and it made out trips so much easier. I found a smaller one at Marshall's or Ross that is perfect for one person and easier to store. I have cut up cheeses, boiled eggs, salami, ham, mini peppers, cucumbers, pineapple, apples, favorite hummus or dip or tzaziki (sp?). I put it into a freezer bag from the grocery store with a freezer pack. It saves a lot of money, time, and calories from the fast food stops.

We prep a lot of fruit for our road trips. Hummus and carrots is another one of my favorites. My kiddos like pickle wraps also.
