The weigh-in period is now open! Don't forget to submit your Round 4 weigh-in today or tomorrow! And members, make sure to double-check that it's the Round weigh-in, and not a Progress weigh-in.

By now, this journey is less about motivation and more about habits.

The small things you do each day - what you eat, how you move, how you take care of yourself - those are what create real, lasting change.

    ✨ Good news:
Habits don’t have to be perfect to be effective.
They just need to be consistent.

As you head into the weekend, focus on:
One habit you want to keep going
One habit you want to improve (just a little!)

Small actions, repeated over time, lead to big results.

    💬 Let's discuss:
What’s one habit that’s helping you right now - or one you’re working on building?

You’ve come so far already. Keep showing up - it all adds up. 🌈💪

Consistency! Aiming for healthy habits that don’t make me spiral but know put me on a good track. Not getting scared when the scale fluctuates, especially before my period. Remembering that processed food increases my salt/water retention. Sleeping and drinking water. Prioritizing whole foods over processed food and allowing me to cook a wide range of recipes (protein heavy) as long as it’s whole foods

I am aiming for at least 3 early wake-ups to walk…

After not much tracking the last few weeks, I’m super pleased with a huge loss this week. It puts me within striking distance of the goal in 2 weeks (I need to lose 2.8 pounds to meet it.)

As always, I’m just happy to be moving in the right direction. Have a great week!

Weekends can feel easy for some and tricky for others - both are totally normal. The key isn’t restriction… it’s preparation and empowerment.

    ✨ Weekend Success Tips

Plan ahead – a little prep goes a long way
Hydrate – water helps with hunger and energy
Keep moving – walks, errands, stretching all count
Practice moderation – enjoy foods you love, just mind portions
Rest & relax – stress and lack of sleep can derail progress

And most importantly… have fun! Balance matters, and enjoyment is part of a sustainable journey.

I’m going to get back to meal planning. It helps with budgeting calories and funds. I have 2 picky teenage boys and struggle to feed myself and the rest of the family without relying on easy food because we are on the run. Baseball practices are about to start and this is going to make planning that much more important.

Meal prepping and then shopping for the week, that way only healthier choices available!

The energy in this game is incredible! I hope you're off to a solid start. If you haven't already, now is the perfect time to set yourself up for success.

    ✨ A Simple Formula:
Set Your Goals > Make a Plan > Do the Work > Crush Your Goals

Take a few minutes today to choose one or two personal goals and write down a simple plan for the week. Writing it out (even in your notes app!) makes follow-through much more likely.

    💡 Keep it simple:
    Plan meals or snacks
    Schedule workouts
Set a daily water or movement goal

    💬 Let’s talk:
What’s one goal you’re focusing on this week and how do you plan to make it happen?

We’re cheering you on every step of the way.

Drink more water!

I'm staying away from all processed foods by planning my meals ahead of time. Another goal is 30 minutes of exercise each morning, making that work by planning out my day. Seems easier when you have things planned.
