What you drink matters!

Just like what you eat matters in your weight loss success, what you drink matters also. If you are consuming beverages with calories, remember to track them because those calories still count!

Drink your water and if you are wanting something else fun to sip on try seltzer water, non caloric water enhancers (I personally like Stur Liquid Water Enhancers) or for a once in a while soda substitute try Zevia.

I drink over 100 oz of water every day. I get so tired of it. I have cut alcohol during the week for this month.

I do around 2L of water per day, and some coke zero during dinner. :blush: (1 cup to 1.5 cup)

It is delicious, ? just added a little bit of greated parm to give it that cheeeezze kick … :joy: ( if is too dry I recommend to add a little bit of olive oil before eating)

  • I am not one to mix a lot of different foods together, but I did it!. It was surprisingly good too. Day 1 chest in the books. It was my first time with my bench too, so that was interesting

Yeah, I don't have room for a bench unfortunately.

I would recommend one with a quick up and down, not one where you have to screw and unscrew a handle to change the angle, but amazon has plenty of options

It has been recently made known to us that the DietBet game activity, including posts are viewable to the public for the first two weeks of the game. Obviously we want to reward those (and only those) that have paid the money to participate with the materials we’ve promised.
