Well haven’t been able to do any lifting g in 3 days due to com ok bishops. I have major police and inner thigh tightness to the point where I can’t walk without hobbling. Not sure what I did but yesterday we planted veggies, flowers and did yard work for 4 hours. Maybe did something then. Anyway today will not be lower body workout for me I will do shoulders from last week. Can’t believe this. I haven’t had this in years. But on a good note I have lost 4 pounds. So I am happy about that. And that was not from just the cook copy. I have been really watching myself. Everyone have an amazing day.

I thought so. It sucks! Going to do some mild stretches tonight. I sat in my hot tub last night. This really is horrible. The cramping was crazy too. Charlie horses. I could feel everything tightening up. Never had this experience before or maybe I just don’t remember.

So due to my prep for colonoscopy today I am told no lifting weights and that includes tomorrow due to anesthesia. I will get my leg day in on Saturday. My FAVORITE leg day. Let me tell you. This Jello and bone broth are just not cutting it. In a few hours I’ll be drinking that horrible concoction. Yikes!

Oh no.... that stuff is awful....sipping is way worse, but chugging makes you feel like you're going to puke. You have my sympathies having been through it myself, but definitely best to get checked out if there's concerns.

  • I have been dealing with hormonal changes, mood changes and hot flashes, but I managed to do my workout even if my mind was not up to it!! Got it done ✅ Late post (yesterday’s workout)

LMSBWK1 Legs in the books. Nutrition on point. And after that workout I cooled down in my pool of 64 degrees. It was refreshing and I needed that.

I've been off my game this past several days with funeral arrangements so exercising has not happened.
My question to the group is:
1 - should I try to double up the exercises
2 - should I start back to day 1 or
3 - just do tomorrow's exercise, as if I didn't take a break?

Pick up either where you left off or start on the day it says for y the Spring Clean Calendar. Don’t double up. Never do that. Go for a walk instead of doubling up.

Wherever you left off! Agree with Stephanie that if you think you need more you can add in walking or some mobility work.

  • I’m a smidge behind but I’m ok with that. Have done a lot of walking as well. Finished Back today from last week. What an amazing workout that was. I actually LOVE that LIIFT More SB Calendar. Anyway, enjoy your day. On to a nice protein snack and tons of water. I am a sweaty mess lol. But it feels soooo good!!
