I use Kodiak cake pancake mix and add egg whites and Greek yogurt to make high protein pancakes!

Trader Joe’s makes a buttermilk protein pancake mix that you can also put in a waffle iron to turn into waffles! I make the pancakes and add a little Nutella for a sweet treat that’s high in protein!
