Help I’m losing motivation! This is my third DietBet in a row and I’m starting to lose steam… my scale hasn’t changed in a week despite all my effort, someone please comment some tips or encouragement 😂😅

Take a walk for 1-2 hours. And don't eat after that. It helps me lose 2oo-300gramms.?

Fasting is not for everyone… it’s gets so much easier, the more you do it. It works for me. 16/8hrs or 18/6hrs ( 1st # is your fasting hours, 2nd # is your eating hours.
Your choice on times of day and your choice on calorie intake.
You can do it every other day or a couple days in a row… whatever your body feels best at. ??

At first I was thinking 30 minutes in my day was going to be super hard. I’ve split it up into smaller portions throughout the day to get up and move. Thanks for these challenges to keep me accountable and going!

I have been going to the gym for at least 45 minutes, on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Tuesday and Friday are my walking days. I have been trying to build consistency and This challenge has helped a lot.
