I am back to dietbet after slipping into an emotional eating spiral! I have 100 lbs or so to lose for the second time which is so frustrating that I let myself gain it all back but looking to make true, sustainable changes this time. I really need to make sure that I stay strong against certain temptations (most surrounding sugar) to make it through! I am learning to manage a few new life changing diagnoses and this dietbet comes at a perfect time! Let’s do this! 💪🎉

Weight loss is a roller coaster I gained 40pounds during Covid and It isn’t until now that I’m back to my normal self. Now I want to continue slimming down a bit more and will take it another 10pounds a year bc nothing else has worked for me; My self control and emotional eating are awful.

I have a lot to lose & need to get consistent and focused on my weight loss & health. This will be my first DietBet KickStarter of several this year. I am back to diet better after several years. I lost track of my weight loss journey years back when life was a lot and forgot to prioritize myself and my health. Life is still a little, but I am ready to recenter. I have about 60 lbs to lose and recently walked a half marathon to help myself refocus. It was an amazing and humbling experience, and now I think I am ready. Here we go!

StepBet you have to do what is called power steps two days and then four regular walking day and one day off. Power steps days you walk more. They calculate how many steps you need for both types of days. You hit your steps for the amount of time, usually 6 weeks, get your money back…if people drop out you get a little more. Hope I explained it well enough.

Hoo boy. I haven't done a Dietbet in almost 10 years and a lot has changed since then, including having two kids. I'm doing this to jump start my weight loss and health this summer. I have a cold, my kids are sick too, and it's raining, but I'm going to get this done.

Good Morning from Rainy UK!

Woke up to an email inviting me to play, 6 weeks to holiday and last night went to bed to a meditation about being a super manifestor so taking this as a sign to join 😊

Weigh in done, just waiting to be approved and find out my goal. My personal goal is to loose the last stone I gained during pregnancy with my last baby who is 3 now. Would be great to shift that stone before holiday!
