- Happy Friday! As we wait for this game to finalize, I wanted to touch base. You've been such an amazing source of inspiration and motivation this month and I've truly enjoyed being part of your journeys!
I know we're all excited to see the final pot! It's worth remembering that the payout is directly tied to the number of people who achieve their goals. January is a popular time for weight loss efforts, which means we might have a lot of winners – which is fantastic! However, it also means the individual payouts might be smaller.
Remember why you started and what you have accomplished this month! It's about prioritizing our health and well-being, and shedding a few pounds.
