  • Everyone gave me lots of ideas and support to try and shed this last stubborn pound (such an awesome community!!) Decided to sweat it out with 10 rounds (which I also think is a solid precursor to 25mst) week 5 legs. I have now earned a long shower. And hopefully my fat is crying out of me 😛

I still have a pound to lose (and that’s def not happening in two days) but damn if I don’t like the way I look and feel these days. I could have been super aggressive in trying to cut at the beginning (lessons learned), but I feel I have some solid tools to keep going towards my goal weight. Clearly I was eating just to munch on something versus being actually hungry and “treating myself” to dessert often. Now I am going to go about things differently. So glad I joined this DietBet!!

Exactly! My husband can't wait till I weigh in so we go back to the "way it was" boo - still would like to lose 20 more pounds. But I have to remember I am responsible for me and my health/how I feel. Spent 4 weeks telling him no thank you to ice cream at 9pm so I guess I can keep that up!

Taking to heart the goal of the cut and really trying to make that 4% this week. After contortion training, I did speed train, and omg, that tempo change 😅 followed Joel’s lead and did not lift what I normally do in LM bc of that. Lots of shakey shakes at the end (why bear? Why???) Maybe I will put effort to conquer those with this program.

  • Decided to do 10 rounds week 6 legs and I am a big sweaty mess. Need a nap now! The pace is seriously tough, but I’m lifting heavy and with good form 💪

Halfway to my 4% and not mad about it :) super happy I have been losing weight in a healthy manner that I feel I can sustain after this month. Definitely not super hungry, even though it has been impossible for me to get even half the protein macros each day. Really eye opening entering recipes into MyFitnessPal and seeing the macros.

  • Omg 10 Rounds leg days?!?!? I’m lifting my normal LM weights, but am able to get in more reps in the 50 seconds. Just, ummmm, where are the rests? Where? Definitely hitting pause a bunch to get through each set, but really loving this horrific form of torture. Can’t wait for speed train!
