Alright all you amazing DietBetters, you have all done an amazing job these past four weeks and we couldn’t be more proud of you!! All of the weigh-ins haven’t even been logged in yet and the total weight loss is almost up to ELEVEN THOUSAND POUNDS lost!! Absolutely incredible!!

You have all the tools you need. Macro Like a Mother walks you through and teaches you how calories and macros tracking is much easier than it’s made out to be. You’ve hopefully learned that nutrition doesn’t have to be confusing or overly complicated. Workout-wise, you have so many workout programs at your disposal through BODi and 25 MINUTE SPEED TRAIN drops directly into the BODi library for everyone on 6/10 and Joel’s group in the new BODi Experience Community kicks off on Monday, 6/16. Just login to BODi on your browser and you’ll see where to join.

Finally, whether you made your 4% goal or not, use this momentum that YOU have created for yourself this month and keep driving towards your goals, whatever they are! YOU did this and only YOU can keep it going, which we KNOW you can!

  • Good Morning!
    Well, I didn’t realize I received an email from dietbet yesterday morning and weighed and was past my goal weight. Only to find the email hours later.😢
    I weighed this morning and went up so .4 oz no win for me.
    But I have to say I really enjoyed this challenge and it definitely kept me in check of what I was eating! I loved all the support from you all!

Thank you Joe & Megan, for giving me the sufficient kick in the pants to get off my rump and dial in my nutrition. This was month 2 of returning to exercise, but the first time in more than a couple years that my nutrition was remotely dialed in... in fact, this is the most on-point my nutrition has ever been. While I didn't follow what you provided, the hybrid calendar and little bit of added motivation of money being on the line really had me hammer it home. Ended up dropping a whopping 21 lbs through these 4 weeks. I was 238 lbs at weigh-in and ended at 217 and feeling phenomenal!!!!!

What an experience. Still have 30-35 left to go and I'm sure it'll slow down as I get nearer my goal weight, but great jump start!

  • Full body hiit done. I just wrapped up another monthly calendar, and I can't help but feel super proud of what I've accomplished! During the first half of the month, I totally nailed the Liftmore Super Block, and for the second half, I've been rocking the Diet Bet calendar. I’m almost finished with that, and then I’m really looking forward to jumping into the 25-Minute Speed Train. Can’t wait to try it! 😀

With less than a week left before the final weigh-in, now’s the time to make some tweaks if needed! If you’re feeling like you need a little more help, look at either amping up your workouts, or looking to drop a few calories in your daily intake. Remember, this is only to help meet a goal, not long term so don’t be afraid to play around with things a bit.😁👍?

I’m there but powered through with Aunt Flo and a sickness. Trying to reduce calories to maintain through Sunday!!! I want my husbands hormones though… he’s 10 lbs down! Me…. 5.4!! (I guess that’s also a 34 year old vs a 47 year old…haha!)
So determined! We’ve got this!!!

This challenge came at the best of times, I couldn’t be more proud of myself. I kept blaming my age 60 menopause and anything else I could blame ;) But in fact it was my laziness and nutrition that stopped me from reaching my goal. I have a long way to go but I am .5 away from reaching the goal on this challenge. I use MyFitnessPal and count every macro and push play in the Bodi app and halfway through the Liiftmore program. I feel myself getting stronger, healthier each day. It’s a journey that I am embracing taking it day by day. Thank you Joel and Megan for starting this challenge. It has been a game changer for me. :)
