Joel question, on the Bulgarian split squats, is it the ok to use one weight, on the side with the leg that is in front, and with the other hand hold on to something?

I’m not Joel but I would try first without any weight without holding onto something. If that’s still too off balance then hold onto a chair without weight. Then you could add weight once you feel stable. I wouldn’t add weight until you feel confident on one leg first! This is an advanced move.
