- 6 days of showing up for myself- getting in 2 - 45 min workouts- gallon of water- eating good - working on improving my life in all aspects. I feel it - I’m more energized and happier! I’ve dropped 4lbs and can see and feel a difference in my tummy. Loving the challenge! - 4 months postpartum:)
