Do you think 1600-1800 calories a day it’s to much for someone at 205 lbs ?
I am on my feet all day , workout 4-5 times a week
My weight isn’t moving!!!
Maybe fasting isn’t good for me ?
I am working hard here but don’t see the results 😞😞

There can be a lot of reasons the number on the scale isn’t moving - metabolic changes, losing fat but gaining muscle, stress/hormones, not sleeping enough and/or not sleeping well, fluid retention from not drinking enough water and/or eating too much sodium, and the composition of your daily caloric intake (what types of foods/nutrients). I’m not a doctor so I can’t speak to your specific situation, but I definitely would recommend looking into all the possible reasons and see if any of those resonate with you. You got this! ?
