  • Earlier this week I started a new program, mbf (muscle burns fat) and today was day 5! I have done it once before but haven’t again because it is very high volume/cardio based and that is not my favorite. But it sure makes you sweat!

    Not gonna lie, been feeling myself lately lol. Enjoying seeing the fruits of my labor from working hard these past several weeks. My body composition is definitely changing, and it's extremely motivating!

    Can't wait to continue on past this last week of the DietBet and see what happens!

  • Only 10 days to go, friends! Eek!

    How are you doing with your goals? I'm soooo close to hitting my goal weight for this challenge, but I don't know if I'll get there!

    Either way, I plan to continue with this plan I've been following. I feel better and can see and feel the difference in my body, so I know it's working regardless of what the scale says!

    Cardio core today had me sweating and my core burning!

  • Never miss a Monday!

    Just finished up week 2 of my program.

    I REALLY like this program. And I have done it all, from the OG Beachbody programs to bodybuilding competition training. This program is legit.

    It has me sweating and muscles burning in just 25 minutes. I'm down about 5 lbs just since starting the program, but I'm mainly excited about seeing the muscle definition poking out!

  • Had a fun sleepover movie night with my sister and the kiddos. Had some tasty gluten free pizza and MAY have went over my calories a tad (or a lot)...accidentally on purpose...oops lol.

    Not gonna feel bad about it- just gonna use that pizza and extra glycogen to fuel an extra intense upper body workout today! 💪
