So it’s date night and normally we would go have really high calorie foods but I’ve been doing so good. We went for a walk and then had dinner within our calorie budget. Tracking has been helping me so much. I have been using FitBee and it has been helping me so much. The amount of weight I needed to lose was daunting but it’s baby steps
