- I am from Seychelles so here it is already 17:40pm ...This was my lunch earlier today as an exclusively breast feeding mum; whole wheat spaghetti bolognaise, 2 eggs and some cucumber salad. For breakfast i had some greek yogurt with a handful of muesli and black coffee...snacked on some more cucumber in the afternoon and some more greek yogurt. It hasnt been easy as the cravings are hitting hard especially for sweet stuff! Fighting through it. My goal for this 4 weeks is to simply try and eat whole foods only. No fries,soft drinks,packed juice,biscuit,crisps,bread etc...
