- Fat Blast calendar workout from 10 Rounds from Week 3 in Los Angeles with Boxing 2 - Speed & Hooks (3s & 4s.) This is the first time that I’ve decided to workout in my apartment. Plenty of room to work up an amazing sweat. It’s been awhile since I’ve done a boxing workout so I was sloppy at times in my form yet I enjoyed doing it. It’s also definitely great for taking out aggression. It’s workouts like these that will help me reach my next set of goals.
