I somehow lost 4lbs and then gained 2.5 back in a night. Hooray for being a woman I guess…great job everyone and maybe I’ll have better luck next time!
When I’m in a cut, it seems like my :poop::poop: schedule gets thrown off. If you haven’t gone #2 in a day or two, that’s a big factor too. If that’s the case, smooth move tea works well.
I know that many people in this group will follow Joel's workout calendar & nutrition, which makes sense. I was going to do that, too, but I am considering 80 Day Obsession workouts and nutrition instead because I like the results I've gotten from that program. Is anyone else thinking of doing 80DO with this Diet Bet?
