Lift or cardio for the last week? I've been following the calendar which I love, but with all the lifting, I think I'm hurting myself when it comes to this challenge. I lost 2% in the first week by just cutting back significantly on carbs and sugar, and have since been fluctuating up and down, but no more than one extra pound down. I think part of the problem is all the lifting is building muscle, causing me to lose less weight as I lose fat. I'm wondering if I should switch to all cardio for the homestretch to try to avoid adding more muscle but still burn a lot of calories. I hate to change up the schedule - I like having direction - but I also love my Supernatural workouts and if I get up early enough, I'll do long ones.
