  • Wooo man, what a week! As I’ve said forever it seems, you can be stubborn in your goals, but stay flexible in your methods. Between kids out of school most of the week with all the lovely cold and ice, our youngest getting a pretty severe concussion Friday at recess (he’s good now and recovering), our oldest having a soccer tourney today with a windchill of 6 degrees, then getting tangled up with another player and hitting her head on the turf which prompted another ER visit and another concussion (very mild)…basically how I planned to end this week and game didn’t go anything like I planned.

    First and most importantly, I am SO FRIGGIN’ PROUD of all of you! Whether you made the 4% goal for this game or not, you still won simply in the fact that you committed to taking four weeks to create healthier habits, both in your fitness and nutrition. Now, I hope you continue those habits moving forward! Remember, this game was about learning which habits and practices are not sustainable in your daily life and which ones you can keep focusing on to keep heading the right direction to your goals.

    I realize I owe y’all another live stream and workout and again am so sorry the way this week ended! If you do have any burning questions that you are still needing answers for, please put them in the comments below so they can get answered!

    Congrats to everyone again and THANK YOU for making me have the most fun job on the planet, in getting to continue helping people find the healthiest and happiest version of themselves!

WHEN WEIGHING DON'T HOLD YOUR PHONE for the picture if you are close to your weight. Put it on a table edge looking down. My phone was adding almost a pound to my weigh in because I held it for the picture. You can delete and weigh in again today.

  • Did some cardio! Would you believe I chose 10 Rounds?!? 😂😅W3 D5–As much as I dislike it, it gets some great steps in and great cardio👍. Also held a plank for 1 minute 10 seconds—which is good for me after doing that workout 👍 D1 of my plank challenge done ✅ Happy Sunday and February everyone! I’ll weigh in tomorrow 👍

  • That’s a wrap on the Fat Blast 💥 2026 Calendar competition! I did LIIFT 4 Shoulders/Arms AND LIIFT 4 Full Body Blast 💥—A definite “wow wow wee wow”😅-So fun to do it with the whole crew-it was very motivating! I also got a 2.5 mile walk on the treadmill 👍
    I’m going to do another little cardio something for tomorrow-Sunday—and another walk. Then, I’ll ’weigh in’ for the DietBet Competition—but I’m pretty sure my weight will still be higher than my start—It’s okay…I’ll just continue on because I know I feel stronger and more energetic—just better 👍👍AND…my clothes all still ‘fit’ well!

  • Sheeesh!!! That was alot! But I was able to actually shoulder press 25lb dumbells!!! What?!?! Heck yes! Was able to use 20s for most of the curls. And use 10s for swimmers and keep the 15s through all the burnout bicep curls. So happy with the strength and endurance through this process! 💪💪🙌

THAT IS IMPRESSIVE!! I struggle with shoulders and always have to go so light—I always drop to 2 pound weights for swimmers! Way to go!
