It’s Thirsty Thursday! Time for a hydration check, have you had your water today? Staying hydrated keeps your energy up, supports your workouts, and even helps curb cravings.
Fun tip: jazz up your water with lemon, cucumber, berries, or a splash of sparkling water for a refreshing twist.
I have a hard time drinking water too. I’ve been drinking La Croix during the afternoon and herbal tea in the evenings. I should try making a picture of cucumber lemon water and keep that in the fridge.
A few months back, I did a 6-month transformer game and didn’t make it. I lost a few hundred dollars (but happy for my teammates that won)! I was really discouraged.
Now, I’ll do a 30-day push, and maintain for a bit before I try to lose more. This is me at the Portland to Coast relay. The big shirt hides 175lbs, 20 lbs more than I’d like carry!
